We do not collect social security numbers or date of birth except for children's parties where applicable. That information is not kept once the party event has passed.

Refund:

All deposits on gaming parties are non-refundable. All game times including open play and group pay are non-refundable after individuals begin gameplay. 

Refund on non-gaming items such as t-shirts, hats and other apparel is subject to 7 day return or exchange. Snacks, beverages and other perishable products are non-refundable.
